Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

You have the right to refund or replace the products you have purchased within 14 days. After your return or exchange request is confirmed, the products are completely wıth original box, packaging and all standard accessories and invoice it should be delivered to us within 5 days from the date of approval.

Return Process

Before sending the products you want to return to us you must report your refund by email. When the confirmation information of the return request is delivered to you by email, you can send the product.

The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfection condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your return fee is automatically transferred to your bank in 3-7 business days. The reflection of your refund to your card or account may change according to the time determined by your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may takes some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund Conditions

  • Products that have been used, lost their originality and do not have a label on should not be refunded.

  • The return of damaged products due to use is not accepted. (torn, deformed in mold, broken, etc.)

  • Make sure the original documents sent to you for returns. No refund is made for products without an invoice.

  • If returned is also available with all items, free or promotional products shipped as part of the order must also be returned.

  • Make sure the package is durable and waterproof. Untıl the package reaches to us, it is under the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return shipments are not covered by our company. The product you want to return through a cargo company you want, you can send us the sender must pay. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale Items (If applicable)

All discounted items are final sale. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Any item purchased on discount is considered final sale.

Exchanges (If applıcable)

  • Exchange is made only once. No changes for a second time but the products can be returned.

  • Products which are used, lost their originality and do not have a labeled on, shall not be changed.

  • If the size or color you want is out of the amount, the amount of the product will be returned to you.

  • If you want to replace the product with another model, you must return the product and make a new order for the requested product.

  • Required by legal regulations, all orders are shipped wıth shipment and invoice. Make sure the original documents sent to you for returns. No changes are made for products that do not have an invoice.

Product Colours

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible.

Ostara cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact info@ostara.com.tr prior to placing your order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and we will find out about your return.

Guarantee

Every Ostara products have a 1 year warranty guarantee. Our commitment to expectıonal quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We there for offer a full manufacturer’s guarantee against defects. No repair fee will be charged for repair your product in as timely a period as possible. For more than 1 year, a replacement fee will be charged from customers. Please contact to info@ostara.com.tr and we will take care of you.

Order Cancellation

You must cancel your order before shipping. For this, it will be sufficient to send email to info@ostara.com.tr

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders for customs reasons. Please read your order in detail on the page.

Shipping

To return your product you should ship your product to:
